About the instructor

Greta

Greta J.B., a licensed Pilates instructor, certified sports nutritionist, and founder of Honey, has been guiding individuals on their wellness journeys since 2020. Her approach is rooted in care, expertise, and a deep belief in the body’s natural ability to transform through movement.

Greta’s classes are built on the principles of classical Pilates -gentle yet powerful movements that cultivate strength from within. Greta pays special attention to improving mobility, breathing technique, posture, flexibility, and emotional well-being. Every body is unique, and Greta celebrates that by offering dynamic variations of each exercise to suit individual needs and capabilities.

While physical strength is at the heart of Greta’s method, each class also creates space for a mindful rest, allowing the body and mind to fully absorb the practice.

Pilates Sessions

In the beginner program, Greta will introduce you to four main program themes. These range from an introduction to the principles of Pilates and breathing techniques to the execution of Pilates exercises using modifications - offering both easier and more challenging variations. The positions and techniques explored during the sessions will be adapted to each participant’s individual needs.
